Raised in the middle of oilfield country in a small town of Big Spring, Tx. I don’t guess I would expect my life to go any other way. Growing up playing all sports, I really took to rodeo, after graduating Big Spring High School in 2003 I went on to continue this at the college level at Howard College and then on to Tarleton State. After leaving Tarleton State, I left the rodeo world and went to Florida to pursue a different dream. I went to school to be a big league professional umpire. This exciting career took me all over the country and even to Colombia for 9 years. I saw players from the Minor Leagues all the way to the Major Leagues. Shortly after this dream came to an end I found myself back in West Texas owning a Logistics company. After years of maintaining relationships in the dirt construction industry the opportunity presented it self to become partners in Black Rock Contractors.
